Thank you for finding the time to look at the website of my SEMPER ANTE Miniature Pinscher kennel. My name is Galina Kulikova and I live in Kaliningrad a very cosy green City on the Baltic Coast in the West of Russia.
As with the majority of pinscher owners my hobby of kinology began with the magnificent DOBERMANN. My first Dobermann was a female Viol who I acquired in 1981. She was followed by Regia Balt Kliff, the stylish Shanele who was 6 times B.I.S. and a Lithuanian Champion, Quinda van Neerlands Stamm and lastly Hainide Arian-Armando who was a Russian, Lithuanian & Polish Champion as well as a candidate Champion of Germany, BH, ZTP-1A SchH-1. I love the Dobermann and never tire of saying it is the best breed in the World!!! So why have Min. Pinschers appeared in my house you ask? Simply because they are so similar to the Dobermann in construction and character. All my Min. Pinschers are individuals but they all are convinced they are a Dobermann being brave, vigorous, fearless and very devoted - just that little bit smaller!
It was in 2004 I decided that the Min. Pinscher was a breed I wanted and after several months precise research I chose the MALAGRIS kennel in Russia was the place to purchase my first Min. Pinscher and in July 04 the remarkable Kalinka (Malagris Kalina Krasnay) came into my home and I immediately realised I had chosen the right breed simply falling in love with the Min. Pinscher! In quick time Masya (Malagris Ochey Ocharovanie) had joined Kalinka and then Mousy (Semper Ante All That She Wants) joined our Family and who knows who will follow - maybe a red Min. Pinscher?....
I will be ever grateful to destiny that I met Marina Sergeeva and Svetlana Rjabova such professional, remarkable and wonderful people who are experts in Min. Pinschers and always pleased to hear of my successes and willing to give me help and advice. Marina and Svetlana - thanks for such amazing dogs in Malagris Kalina Krasnaya and Malagris Ochey Ocharovanie - you are the best!!!
I would like to express my huge gratitude to my Mother Tamara Mihajlovna for her extreme patience and the invaluable help she has given me with the maintainence of my dogs. Also special thanks to my friends - Irina Kononenko - for her help and advice in the creation of this site and nice photos, Elena Scherban - for her invaluable support especially helping with the choice of puppies and with my kennel name SEMPER ANTE, Irina and Alexey Mazenkov - for helping me in my dog's show career and photos, Anna Burakova and Ekaterina Osipova - for training and looking after two of my dogs Semper Ante Applause to Malagris and Semper Ante Ace of Base, to my best friend Mark Harvey - for helping me with English language and finally big thanks to all who supports us!!
I chose my kennel name very carefully as SEMPER ANTE is Latin for "Always ahead' which I hope my dogs will be with many future successes and high achievements during their show careers and breeding!
